CoverCards are digital touchpoint previews that load quickly, privately and securely.
For marketers they are the chance to provide compelling incentive for consumers to click through to destination content. For consumers, they are information rich previews that inform if destination content is of value.
Delivering magical digital experiences
Any digital touchpoints, including Physical Web beacons, QR codes and NFC tags, may have CoverCards, which may be associated with any individual or group of touchpoints.
Owners of brick-and-mortar locations can use CoverCards to dynamically manage and share interesting information and fun interactive content. They can even set up actions for users to write an email, make a phone call or send a text. By delivering a magical new way for people to engage with their surroundings, brands can find out what people actually want and adjust the contexual interactions on the fly. In addition to message control and delivering a better user experience, marketers get improved click-through metrics and aren’t currently limited with https restrictions.
CoverCards display favicon and image metadata that all may be managed independent of an assocaited destinaion website. Modifications are made in our platform. Because the previews only show metadata and not entire websites, they display with lightning speed. CoverCards work seamlessly with other PHY features including group/bulk edits and scheduled event redirects.
Built on the Physical Web
Our platform is built on the Physical Web, an open-source project created by Google that harnesses the superpower of the web: the URL. So anything on the web can be directly accessed by touchpoint for people to find. As a result, PHY enables frictionless discovery of content based on what’s nearby.
Customer-directed touchpoints can be installed just about anywhere, by anyone – no special training needed. Just place them where you want people to discover them and you’re on your way.
As a huge bonus, because the content is URL-based, it is also available through social media apps like Snapchat and through browsers like Chrome.
